Another cupcake idea – the frosting went a bit runny, but the cake part turned out perfectly! I wasn’t sure how the graham cracker dust “beach” would taste, but it was delicious.

Most of the times I’ve made cupcakes they *never* raise high enough. Perhaps I’ve never filled the cup full enough. Perhaps. Today, they went beyond raising. Today the cupcakes were trying to raise the roof. They looked like cupcake mountains. Oh well – it’s better than burnt.
